I utilized my $49 house cleaning today and my $99 deep clean bathroom. The workers were very nice, professional and hard working. They did a great job of cleaning my kitchen and two bathrooms. And again, the workers were great. – Patric

Cleaning was excellent.  Crew was promptly on time, and very courteous.  They were able to finish ahead of schedule and the place looks and smells excellent.  Speaking with customer service over the phone was difficult.  We called several times and left message without getting a call back.  Would suggest trying to call back and handle customer service better because that is what leaves an impression in the minds of customers.  Overall, a good job and a good experience.

Services that are described as included in the cleaning on-line list weren’t actually, had to ask for specifics.  Once asked they were very attentive and did a great job.  Perhaps online it should be more clear what services need to be requested.

How staff introduce themselves immediately and when you have people coming make sure customer knows their names beforehand.  I asked them their names immediately so your staff on this day may not have a choice but I think that it’s a good practice.

Cleaning people the service is great.  Cassandra and O’bryan go above and beyond and were very helpful.  Communication of scheduling/mgmt needs improvement.
